She specialises in helping individuals manage their stress and anxiety and has developed and facilitated many groups on relaxation, stress and anxiety management. Katerina Volny BSc is a psychologist who has worked in public mental health and private practice settings in Melbourne, Australia. She is experienced in cognitive-behavioural techniques to treat a wide variety of individuals who experience stress and anxiety.

Relax, its great!!

I really enjoyed this relaxation CD!! I used it as part of my graduate school research project and my findings supported a reduction in anxiety by using a combination of exercise and meditation. The female voice was very soothing and enjoyable!!! The meditation exercises ranged between 15-20 minutes.

Great relaxation exercises. Narrator's voice is particularly soothing and effective. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is interested in learning how to reduce anxiety and develop practices to reduce stress.
